Being a Lifestyle Coach means being a partner in change. As your Lifestyle Coach, I will be a part of your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. With a limited number of clients, you will receive maximum support. Together, we will design a sustainable program that aligns with your vision for change.
As a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and a PN Level 1 certified Nutrition Coach, I work with clients to identify sustainable lifestyle changes, designed to promote personal lifestyle improvement goals.
Here is a brief list of where our work together might lead us:
Setting Clear Goals: we will work together to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals (fitness, nutrition, organization) align with your aspirations and priorities.
Creating Action Plans: Once your goals are established, we will break them down into manageable steps or action plans, by identifying potential obstacles and developing strategies to overcome them.
Regular Check-Ins: As your coach, I will maintain regular contact with you to monitor progress, provide encouragement, and offer feedback. This could be through virtual sessions, phone calls, emails, or in person sessions (upon request).
Tracking Progress: Together, we will set up a system to track progress towards goals, and will adjust strategies as needed. This involves reviewing actions taken, evaluating outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Tracking progress helps maintain momentum and prevents procrastination or deviation from the plan.
Providing Support and Encouragement: Through our work together, you will receive ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to keep you focused and committed to your goals, especially during challenging times.
Offering Guidance and Resources: As part of our work together, you will receive guidance on effective time management, productivity techniques, stress reduction strategies, or other relevant skills to support goal attainment. This guidance may include recommended resources such as books, articles, or workshops to further enhance personal development.

30 Minute Session Rates:
1 Session: $55 (includes 2 personal check ins)
2 Sessions: $95 (includes 4 personal check ins)
3 Sessions: $150 (includes 6 personal check ins)
4 Sessions: $195 (includes 8 personal check ins)
*45 minute Initial Introductory Session - $75
Personal check-ins via email, text, or phone call upon request. Additional personal check ins can be purchased for a fee.
