Direct Service:

Direct mediation services are available to assist you with working through a specific conflict or challenge in your life. Mediation allows you to remain in control of the outcome. You are the decision maker, and you are an active participant in developing the final agreement. We will facilitate the mediation process for you in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental way to allow you to reach an agreement all parties can live with.

Mediation Coaching:

Mediation coaching is available for short term needs to assist you with navigating challenging environments that may arise from time to time. Coaching can take the form of virtual check-ins in which we brainstorm communication strategies and action steps to address the particular challenge you are facing.

We can provide a full 30 hour mediation training to your organization, a team in your office, or help you to customize a plan for providing targeted training in your organization. The skills taught through this training will be invaluable to your employees, and can help to foster an environment in which conflict can be addressed in a healthy way.

Direct Mediation Services: $300.00 per hour for facilitated mediation sessions.

Mediation Training: $3500 for a 30 hour mediation training.

Mediation Coaching: $150 per hour
